We are a year-round program with no long-term commitments. You may enroll or un-enroll anytime! Tuition is prorated in weekly increments based on your enroll and un-enroll dates. Call, stop in, or visit the parent portal to enroll for classes.
Tuition is paid monthly through direct debit from your major credit or debit card on the 15th of the preceding month. Declined payments (expired card, etc.) will incur a $5.00 fee and must be remedied on or before the 20th day of the month or you risk losing your class spot to a student on the wait list.
Tuition is budgeted on a 48-week year which allows for 4 weeks off through the year. Over the year, all 12 months average four weeks, so we do not change pricing for longer or shorter months.
Monthly tuition reminders will NOT be sent.
$35/student or $60/family will automatically be added to your monthly charges each year on the month you joined.
PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE GYM TO UN-ENROLL A STUDENT FROM CLASS. To un-enroll from class, you must fill out a drop slip including the future date of your last desired class. Upon receiving your request, we will update your enrollment accordingly.
Please Note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until we receive a drop slip in the office. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.
Make-Up Classes are offered as a courtesy when available. They are not guaranteed. They must be scheduled through the office in advance to check for availability and must be completed within 30 days of the missed class. Missed classes will not be deducted from tuition or credited toward future payment.
Looking out for the well being of our staff and other gymnasts in classes do not bring your child if he/she is sick. Please call the office to schedule a make-up class.
Boys or Girls may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Leotards for Girls. NO chewing gum or jewelry (stud earrings are ok). Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. We prefer our students to participate barefoot so that they do not slip on any equipment. Coats and shoes should be left in the coat room. PLEASE LEAVE VALUABLE ITEMS AT HOME. The facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen.
No one is allowed inside the gym and trampoline area (for any reason) except for the gymnasts in class. Please ask a staff member in the office to assist you if you need to pick your child up from class early. You are responsible for any siblings or visitors you bring with you and keeping them occupied and quiet. Correcting your child from the balcony or hallways is not an acceptable practice. We encourage parents to talk to the coaches about a gymnast's progress, so please talk to your child's coach if you have questions about what they are learning.
If you bring your student early for class, you are responsible for watching him/her until class starts. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building. You will need to enter and escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully, following the direction of the yellow arrows on the pavement. Cars should enter using the drive on the south (Copley Rd side) and exit using the north drive (around the back of the building). Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
