Gym Babies (6 Months - 18 Months) : 30 minutes
FREE Classes with Paid Registration
These classes are designed to teach 6 month through 18 month olds how to start moving through tummy time, crawling, cruising, and assisted walking with the help of their adult and class coach. Your child will get to work on achieving these new milestones while integrating gymnastics skills. This class helps with fine and gross motor skills, coordination, and balance. They will hang on bars, try different walks, jumps, kicks and crawls across balance beams, along with jumping on the trampoline and crawling through the loose foam pit! This class helps with spatial and perceptual awareness, introduction to colors, numbers and letters, and language development. We also get a kick start on socialization with other parents and kids!
New Yoga-Nastics Class
These classes are designed to teach 5-8 year olds how to do skills independently, along with learning new skills with the help of their coach. Your child will get to work on 30 minutes of Yoga poses followed by 30 minutes of gymnastics. The yoga time will be relaxing with the class having the gym to themselves. For gymnastics they will work on obstacle course that works on running, jumping, climbing, somersaults, & the beginning stages of cartwheels and handstands. They will swing on bars, try different walks, jumps, kicks and crawls across balance beams, along with jumping on the in ground trampoline and jumping & dropping into the loose foam pit!
