Birthday Parties

Birthday child turning 4-11 years old (all participants must be 3-11 years)

Silver Party

Saturdays for 1.5 hours
60 mins in gym for instructional play
30 mins in balcony for cupcakes & gifts

$350 for up to 15 children (not including the birthday  child)

Includes cupcakes (enough for kids), water, table décor, gift registry, West Side t-shirt for birthday child, and lots of fun!

Gold Party

Saturdays for 2 hours
75 mins in gym for instructional play
45 mins in balcony for pizza, cupcakes, & gifts

$450 for up to 20 children (not including the birthday  child)

Includes pizza (40 slices for kids), cupcakes (enough for kids), water, table décor, gift registry, West Side t-shirt for birthday child, and lots of fun!

Payment
Full payment is due at the time of scheduling and can be refunded up to 2 weeks of the party minus a $50 processing fee.

What to wear
The children should wear activewear, and we prefer bare feet. No jewelry please, and hair needs pulled back out of the face.

Arrival Time
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your party begins.

Guest Protocol
All adults must stay in the balcony through the duration of the party and are not permitted in the gym area for any reason.

Forms
All waiver forms must be completed for all participants prior to the party beginning.

Decorations
West Side will supply all decorations. Please note hanging décor, piñatas, balloons and confetti are not permitted.

Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
